CBI Inspires: Kindred Spirits – Creating Sacred Spaces

Join us in learning and doing as our member, Gail Sack, explains and teaches you methods of using spiritual techniques. Gail uses a healing touch, meditation, energetics, cranio sacral therapy—relating to body, spirit and mind — that can give you a deep sense of calm and relaxation, helping to restore harmony and balance to your life. Gail is a shaman, trained in ancient healing practices, which help bring purpose and awareness into clearing blockages that may exist. These classes are easy and relaxing. Gail is certified in many energetics modalities. Since moving to Boca Raton, she continues her studies and learning updated methods here in Florida.

Book Club – The Music Shop @ Feldman Children's Library
Oct 25 @ 7:00 pm

Frank owns a music shop. It is jam-packed with records of every speed, size and genre. Classical, jazz, punk – as long as it’s vinyl he sells it. Day after day Frank finds his customers the music they need. Then into his life walks Ilse Brauchmann. Ilse asks Frank to teach her about music. His instinct is to turn and run. And yet he is drawn to this strangely still, mysterious woman with her pea-green coat and her eyes as black as vinyl. But Ilse is not what she seems. And Frank has old wounds that threaten to re-open and a past he will never leave behind.
