Religious School
The Barry Ira Graff School for Living Judaism (SLJ), located in the Phyllis & Harvey Sandler Jewish Education Center, was established in 1984 and has grown over the years, providing memorable moments and an ARJE accredited Jewish Education for students.
SLJ offers a unique experiential approach to Jewish education for students in Kindergarten through twelfth grade. Our goal is to deepen your child’s Jewish identity, engage with core Jewish values and traditions, and become part of a community through our social action initiatives.
Our program inspires Jewish children to forge friendships and creates a fun, fulfilling, meaningful and rich lifelong Jewish Journey based on Torah, Jewish beliefs, values, traditions and innovative teaching. We offer hands-on experiential learning classrooms to raise each student to a level of Jewish engagement that they are comfortable with, so Judaism becomes a cherished touchstone in their life.
We understand the needs of an ever-changing world and continue to advance our program to be accessible to today’s modern family. We would welcome the opportunity to share more about The Barry Ira Graff School for Living Judaism community with your family.
