Shabbat Greeting September 4-5 | Elul 22-23

This week’s Shabbat Message:

As we approach Shabbat, take a few moments to reflect with Rabbi Cy.

Join Us for Shabbat:

  • Friday Evening Services: 7:00 PM in the Cohen/Friedkin Sanctuary
  • Saturday Morning Services: 9:00 AM in the Hollander Family Chapel, followed by Torah Discussion.
  • Please walk up the sidewalk and enter the building via the courtyard gates.
  • Drop your donation for this month’s social action initiative in the blue collection bins in front of the Administrative Offices before you go to Shabbat Services.

Joining us for services from home?

Livestreaming services are made possible by the Goldstein-Kestecher Family Livestreaming Fund.

Mishebeirach List

As a gentle reminder, our Mishebeirach list is refreshed at the end of each month. If you would like to include the name of someone in need of healing for this month, please submit their name(s) by the day before Shabbat services. While we do our best, names submitted on the day of services or during office closures may not be added in time. Find the Mishebeirach form here.

Yahrzeit Remembrance

Yahrzeits are observed between Saturday and the following Friday. At Shabbat services following the yahrzeit, we will read the name of your loved one prior to the reading of the Kaddish.

Monday, September 21

Join Rabbi Cy Stanway as we come together to sound the shofar and share in the joy of the Tekiah Gedolah.

Following afternoon Minchah, Yizkor, Neilah, and Havdalah, bring your own shofar and be part of this special CBI moment as we make one final, powerful sound to conclude Yom Kippur!
