On Tuesday, October 20, Congregation B’nai Israel will present a Congressional Forum featuring Congressional District 25 candidates, Incumbent U.S. Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D) and former Boca Raton Mayor Scott Singer (R), in the VIP ballroom at 7:00 PM. This closely watched South Florida contest is proving to be one of the hottest political matchups during this midterm cycle. Anthony Man, the principal political writer for the South Florida Sun Sentinel, will moderate the Forum.
Each candidate will give timed opening and closing statements, and each candidate will be asked a series of predetermined questions, including ones about Israel and antisemitism. The Forum will last one hour. This is not a debate, and there will be no opportunity for a Q&A.
This free event is open to the public. Seating is limited, and each registrant will be allowed to register a total of four people.
We hope you join us for this exciting political Forum.
