Noach’s Bark: Each Fall, we celebrate the story of Noah’s Ark at Noach’s Bark! This special outdoor Shabbat service on CBI’s front lawn welcomes our human and furry congregants. We also collect donations of pet food, toys, sheets, and towels for the Tri-County Humane Society.

Pink Shabbat: Congregation B’nai Israel partners with Sharsheret annually for Pink Shabbat®, which serves as an opportunity to raise awareness among communities about breast cancer and ovarian cancer.

Veteran’s Shabbat: Our congregation honors Veterans of CBI and in our community at this special service.

Interfaith Shabbat co-hosted with Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church: In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend, Congregation B’nai Israel and Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church join in an inspiring Shabbat celebration of faith, friendship, and hope through music and prayer.

Super Bowl Shabbat: It’s a Shabbat you’ll cheer for! Come celebrate Super Bowl Shabbat with your CBI community. Our fans wear team gear, enjoy spirited music and camaraderie, and enjoy a tailgate-style dinner.

Shabbat Under the Stars: A beloved annual tradition led by our High School students. Together, we’ll welcome Shabbat outdoors with prayer, music, and community spirit, followed by a sweet s’mores Oneg under the night sky.

Beach Shabbat: A special Passover-time service led by our High School students. Gather by the shore to welcome Shabbat with song, reflection, and community as the sun sets over the water.

Volunteer Appreciation ShabbatOn this night, we honor our amazing volunteers  for all they give to Congregation B’nai Israel. It truly takes a village, and we’re so grateful for the members who have generously shared their time and talents this year.
